Chef Michael Sanz loves to cook, eat and share food. His Spanish roots and knowledge of international cuisine makes his style traditional, international and local.
Classically trained in French cuisine his background is a global story from training at high-end restaurants in London, England, Italy, Dubai to London, Ontario. He is equally delighted in other Chefs work and is a big fan of beginners. He is the R & D Chef at The Grove helping food entrepreneurs bring their vision to life.
His enthusiasm for food and cooking is contagious! He lives in London with his wife and 2 daughters.
