Taste Dinner Series

Four dinners. Four themes. One unforgettable journey.

What is the Dinner Series?

Taste Ex™ isn’t just a festival, it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, flavour, and connection. This year, we’re bringing the experience to the table, literally, with the Taste Dinner Series: a collection of exclusive five-course fine dining events, each paired with an exceptional lineup of beverages curated by certified experts.

From the rustic bounty of Ontario’s farms and producers to the elegance of wine and beer in friendly rivalry, from Southern culinary indulgence to the carefree celebration of summer, each dinner tells its own story, crafted by professional chefs, producers, and beverage masters who live for flavour.

These are intimate evenings for just 50 guests, where every plate is a conversation, every glass a discovery, and every course a reminder of why we gather around food and drink in the first place.

Four nights. Five food and drink courses. Countless memories.

The Taste Dinner Series, where every sip, bite, and moment is meant to be savoured.

The Market After Dark

February 26, 2026 - SOLD OUT

Time: 6PM - 9PM
The Market at Western Fair District
900 King St., London, Ontario

From land to plate. From vine to glass. From field to feast.

Few ever experience The Market like this. The Market After Dark invites guests inside after hours for an intimate opening night to the Taste Dinner Series, set high above the shops on the second floor of this historic landmark.

The evening unfolds as a guided journey. Guests are welcomed at the entrance and led upward into a warmly lit space where rustic charm meets refined culinary craft to receive their welcome signature cocktail.

At the table, five thoughtfully composed courses celebrate Ontario’s agricultural roots, crafted with ingredients sourced from nearby farms and producers. Each dish is paired with hand-selected beers and wines curated to deepen flavour and spark conversation, hosted by a certified beer cicerone. Every bite and sip tells a story—of flavour, craftsmanship, and the people behind them.

This is more than a dinner. It’s a celebration of place, community, and connection. Live music hums softly between courses, and history comes alive through guided storytelling.

Join us February 26 for an unforgettable evening where heritage, hospitality, and flavour meet—raising a glass to home, and to the stories and food that bring us together.
