Our Story

Tyger Tyger Baked Bao was founded in 2019 showcasing the flavours of Central Asia. They offer traditional Uzbekistan and Uyghur food with baked baos, a popular local delicacy. Using traditional craftsmanship, meats are cut by hand to avoid using ground meat, handcrafted and then baked to the perfect flake.
