OUR STORY

Aaron Martin, one of the founders of Pastoral Pond, has been brewing traditional English ciders since 2020. His wife, Jaqueline Martin, has been homebrewing wine since 2018. The pair saw a gap in the market with traditional ciders and looked to fill it by creating Pastoral Pond.

Pastoral Pond aims to bring traditional English ciders that are dry and not sweet to the Ontario market. This is done by using traditional cider apple varieties that are not commercially grown in Ontario.
