Our Story

Pasta Sosta is a small, artisanal pasta shop currently operating minutes outside of London, Ontario, at the trails end farmers market.

We specialize in fresh bronze drawn and handmade pasta.

Our pasta maker, Josh, is beyond dedicated to the craft of pasta making. so much so that he managed to sweet-talk his partner, Laura, into starting this endeavour together. With this humble beginning still in its infancy, our goal is to supply the general public with the highest quality pasta possible.
